Well, the benefits are numerous….
It can be a cost-effective way of training new staff. You can mould people to the needs of your organisation and grow your own talent. It provides development opportunities for existing staff and young people can bring new ideas and skills into the company. And these are just some of the benefits in recruiting apprentices.
We’d like to know what your experiences have been? Do you have any positive or negative experiences of employing young Apprentices? We can use the feedback to continually improve our services and support to employers.

We have recently taken on an apprentice for reception and administration work and the experience has in the main been a good one. It has made us more aware of what we do in our company and made us think about how we support new employees. Our apprentice may not stay with us for ever, but we would definitely think about recruiting at this level again.
