It’s that time of year again - while many young people may be going on to sixth form, college or university after taking their exams, others are looking to enter the world of work as they prefer to “learn on the job” instead of in a classroom.
Every years thousands of young people in Nottinghamshire leave school. Many will continue into education at school or college but at the same time, many will be seeking work-based learning options. Many will be looking for opportunities with training such as apprenticeships or in house company schemes so they can get qualifications and skills while they work.
For many companies these are difficult times and perhaps recruitment may is not currently top of your priorities. But for those of you looking tp strengthen you work force….what are your plans?
